I’m devoted as a Feminine Embodiment & Spiritual Life Teacher specializing in Trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Pelvic Floor Integration Belly Dance, Mindset Work and Energy Healing. My soul’s mission is to empower Women to connect into their unique feminine essence, live deep from their soul, weave peace through their being and embrace the Beauty they carry within. I believe when we heal and activate our power, it reverberates, calling all others to rise to the same frequency.. We all have a purpose and it goes far beyond experiencing an aesthetically appealing life, but using our experience to embody the qualities of God: Love, compassion, grace, peace, joy.
