I’m devoted as a Feminine Embodiment & Spiritual Life Teacher specializing in Trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Pelvic Floor Integration Belly Dance, Mindset Work and Energy Healing. My soul’s mission is to empower Women to connect into their unique feminine essence, live deep from their soul, weave peace through their being and embrace the Beauty they carry within. I believe when we heal and activate our power, it reverberates, calling all others to rise to the same frequency.. We all have a purpose and it goes far beyond experiencing an aesthetically appealing life, but using our experience to embody the qualities of God: Love, compassion, grace, peace, joy. Sometimes we get so caught in being a perfectionist with ourselves, obsessing over how we think things should be and how we should be or we simply get stuck in stagnant energy which blocks us from experiencing our souls fullest potential in every moment and honoring it!
Pulling through adversity especially when you feel like sh*t can be hard and finding motivation to continue is not always desirable.
But, you are capable of flowing with adversity and you have the power to choose how you view your experience, as well as what is best for your soul to be in harmony.
